Exchanges and Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. 

All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days to our email geral.nidee@gmail.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products.

Unclaimed or Undelivered Orders

If your order isn’t collected or can’t be delivered to your address and is returned to us, please contact us to arrange a new shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Our shipping carriers usually send email notifications with delivery updates and collection instructions, so we recommend keeping an eye on these communications to ensure everything goes smoothly.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for failure to respond to delivery notifications sent by the carrier.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at geral.nidee@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
